Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a printed copy of your return authorization inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
